Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@.co.uk. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable. These include:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
